Q: How can I access and utilize the AU Blackboard calendar?
A: The Blackboard calendar displays assignment due dates, course meeting times, important test dates, and more for your enrolled courses. This handy tool can help you stay organized and on top of your workload.
BLACKBOARD CALENDAR
The Calendar in Blackboard Learn has been significantly enhanced.
When accessed from the Blackboard site or from the SunPortal link on the AU homepage, the calendar displays a consolidated view of all institutions, courses, organizations, and personal calendar events for a user. Calendar events are color coded by course.
How to Access the Calendar:
1. On the course menu, click Tools.
2. On the Tools page, select Calendar.
OR
From the global navigation menu (see image to the right), select the Calendar icon.
Student Success Bonus Tip: From your Calendar view, you can click “Get External Calendar Link” at the bottom of the lefthand menu to download your Blackboard calendar in an iCal format to sync with your Apple calendar on your laptop and mobile devices!
